The machine consists of main frame, Calendering rollers, transmission parts, hydraulic system and electrical control components, etc. Calendering rollers are the key component of the machine, its structure is complex, calendering system consists of a hard heating roller and a Soft roller.
1. Hard calendering roller is a heating roller with mirror-surface, the internal structure is hollow, with electrical heating or oil heating. Electric heating rods power is 3KW, temperature can be set. The Roughness of roller surface is less than 0.2um after grinding and chrome finish.
